Jerry Driggs, Endeavor Center Manager arrived at the center with an I.T. background and a business sense that allowed him to connect with small businesses owners.

"In 2005, We started out with one tenenant and a plenty of empty space, " said Driggs of his first month at the center.

Jerry drew from his experiences in the corporate world to connect with local entrepreneurs and potential incubator clients. Driggs' efforts, coupled with The Ohio State University's partnerships, paved the way for the Endeavor Center to reach full capacity one year later (2006).

"Anything is possible," Driggs says smiling. "Endeavor...we dare you!"
